Creatin flow help

Hi Everyone, I am new to the automation field and I need your help.

The flow is an email is sent automatically to the user with reference number l. After being sent ,I want to convert a copy of this email to pdf and save it on specific folder (named reference number) on SharePoint. Could u guide me if this is possible and what flow could accomplish this task?

Additionally, how can I make a specific column visible to group of people only? The lists form contains 10 columns, the user who is filling in the list form should see only 5 columns to be field. Can u tell me how to do this?

I have never done this myself but came across this useful thread a while ago when we were looking into something similar.

For the view, do you mean a SharePoint list view? If so, you can create new and edit these views based on certain parameters within the list settings page. More info can be found on Microsoft Support:

Recently I have created a folder on lists SharePoint
I want a flow that captures an email with specific name and save it to this folder on lists.

I tried method to get email then capture email the. Create file in SharePoint ( I specified the name of the folder). The flow works with no error, but still I cannot see any email copy saved to the folder on lists.

I am not sure why is this.
