How can I retrieve information on whether a flow succeeded or failed?

Hi! I'm currently creating a dashboard to monitor my flows using SharePoint. I am using the “List My Flows” connector in Power Automate. However, I'm having trouble retrieving detailed information about whether a flow has succeeded or failed.

So far, the status code of the flow, which can be obtained through the “List My Flows” connector, only shows if a flow has succeeded or stopped, which doesn't provide clear information about whether the flow failed or not.

My question is: how can I retrieve information on whether a flow succeeded or failed? I need this information to later add to my monitor.

    Hi,

If your flows are allocated within a Solution, you can track the run status (succeeded, failed, cancelled) in the Flow Run Dataverse table:

In my case, the table is totally empty because none of my flows in this environment are allocated into Solutions. You can also find other data that can be useful for your monitoring in this same table, like the error message, the trigger type, the flow owner, and so on.

Let me know if it works for you or if you need any additional help!
