Building flow to confirm username/timestamp from one column into another (Sharepoint)

So I'm fairly new to Power Automate and I've run into issues with getting data pulled from one column to another.

Essentially I have a sharepoint list where there is a radio button selection for a column(yes/no/pending).  I'm trying to setup a Flow so that when the drop down is set to yes it captures the timestamp and the username of the individual that selected it and outputs it to another column.

Any advice on how to set this up is appreciated, thanks!

Column value from the dropdown selection being set to yes.

Mandatory fields with populated data entered from matching dynamic content values.

Value of the column that was modified in the second to last field.

Please post a screen shot of your Flow in edit mode and I'll try to assist.

I appreciate the quick answer, although I ran into an error message when I tried to run it afterwards:

    Error details:

The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Update_item' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: The API operation does not allow writing a value for parameter 'item/Requester[0]/DisplayName'. This parameter is read only.
