Populating a Microsoft Word Template Bad Request 400 Error with OneDrive Document

Hello,

I've been continuing work on a project that would fill in a template and email it, using the Populate a Microsoft Word template. I ensured yesterday that I used Plain Text text boxes for the document it was working with and that seemed to work just fine. It was a docx (it wouldn't pick up dotx for some reason) and I had it working fine yesterday. The issue now is that, even though nothing has changed on that file, it now is giving a BadRequest 400 error saying that "The selected file doesn't contain template elements" even though it was working just fine and recognizing my template elements yesterday. I've been pulling this file from a OneDrive path for my company, and as such, does have some sensitive data on it, so if further information is required, I can privately message further images and elaborations to verified employees, but I can post an image of the error at the very least.word1.PNG

    Hi @CoryC

Do you have any external links in your word document? If so, can you remove them?

Apart from that, are you using "plain text labels" or "rich" ones? Could you use only "plain" labels?

    Hope it helps!

No external links. There's an image up at the top of the page, but that's not an external link to an image. I am also using only plain text labels.
