Gallery not showing in Datacard when running the app

I am creating an app with quite a long form where I would like a gallery in the middle of the form that can be used to update a separate Sharepoint list. In know this is not best practice to put a gallery within a datacard but I feel as it is my best option to allow the gallery to scroll with the form.

(If someone has a better solution where gallery sits outside the form and is still fixed to the position on the form then I would love to hear it. You can lock to a position on screen but not a position within the form)

The Galley is displayed when I am creating the app but when I play the app the gallery is not shown.

When the app is played

I have actually performed this before in another app no problem and I have read others have also.

Hi @Lutzy ,

I am getting the same thing here except the gallery is visible, but nothing resolves in the contents. You can check this by putting a colour in the TemplateFill. As you said however, this is not only "not good practice", but I do not think Power Apps was ever designed to do it.

Thanks for your reply @WarrenBelz . I am still having troubles with this. Can you suggest any other options.

The goal is to insert a gallery into an app that scrolls and for the gallery to fixed within the scroll area (Not the screen)

Hi @Lutzy ,

Other than a nested gallery in another gallery, I do not know of any other methods.
