Hello community,

I am very new to power automate and looking forward to mastering this tool but in the meantime, I could use some help.

I created a rule that sends a email when a email is received to few mailbox. Long story short, it needs to be a notification (and not a forward) and it needs to run a specific time. My flow works perfectly fine if a email is receive during a specific time, the issue I am seeing is when the rule is enabled it sends a notification for all unread message (and multiple of it). what i have seen, 8 unread messages turn in 20+ notification and another 10+ 5 minutes later. So looking at some logic to stop duplicate emails to be sent.

Next, I want to reduce the number of emails by combining emails in a certain amount of time.

Hi,

Do you have additional flows set up with similar triggers? That can sometimes cause repetiton glitches.

You mention wanting to cut down on the number of emails - one way to solve this would be to use two separate flows. One to collect information about emails that come in and temporarily store them in a list, then one to periodically check the list, collate them into a notification, then wipe the list. Is that something you'd consider?

1 and 2 are good on my side

Working on 3. So I initialized an array and populating the array with the messageID. Apply to each isn't working as it can't a output from When a new email arrives.
Basic question... what woutput should I use to gain access to the messageID so I can load it in my array

Hello Ali_SZ_365.

Great steps, but for me to accept this as a solution, can you confirm how you would do 2 (Get the email ID)? This is the one I am struggling with from a practical point of view.
