Grab image from Forms Attachments to HTML/PDF in PowerAutomate

I am trying to dynamically insert the images obtained in the forms to the HTML, the flow is without errors, however, in the generated PDF the image does not appear.

    Need to share your flow more. Can't see the inputs and outputs, cant see the run where you say it added but you cannot see them etc.
