I've built a trigger from my custom Copilot agent using Power Automate. When comparing the conversationId from the Power Automate action response (specifically the action “Send a prompt to the specified Copilot for processing”) to the System.Conversation.Id variable inside Copilot Studio, I've noticed they are not the same.
I'm trying to understand:
Why are these two conversationId values different?
Which ID should I use if I want to resume the conversation?
Is there any other common identifier shared between Power Automate and Copilot Studio that I can use to track or continue a conversation?

You asked Power Automate for an answer, it gave it. Where would you want to apply the Conversation Id in the future that was between those two specifically so I can help understand how to help :-
