Screenshot picture not right

Hi,

I have a situation where I need to screenshot a picture as shown in the first picture(1). (I set my browser to be 75%) But when I run it, the window it captures half bottom and half top(2), not sure if the picture is too big as I have to scroll down to capture the whole  picture as shown in the browser (3). My flow is shown below(4), click link to go to the picture. Any ideas?

Thanks 🙂

    @JackyGrealish

    - Capture the UI element of that Image

    - Use the below two parameters

    You wont need to scroll down or change the zoom if you do it via this approach.

    Hi, I have tried the following but it still gives me the same result shown in picture (2) above, the whole picture cannot be seen in full screen(only when I set my screen to size 50% on web). Also when I run the flow, it automatically zooms in back to 100% and captures as shown in (2). Any ideas?

    Oh and btw, in my flow, "click link on web page" as shown in (4) is for me to navigate to the picture, else the picture will show me a half black screen

    Just before the line of code where you do the capturing did you try changing the zoom to 50% ? Trying to not give PAD a chance to not zoom back to 100%.

    Hi @VJR , I have tried to record my steps once again and run it. Still gives me the same issue where it automatically zooms in and zooms out while screenshotting causing the picture to disorientate. I am not so sure why it has this issue..

    Hi @VJR , could it be because the element I screenshot in is in a pop up window, as in order to get to the image, I have to press a button and then the image will appear in a pop up window

    In fact I feel it should not cause any troubles since it opens up in a pop up window devoid of any other elements on the screen. Hope you are capturing the right UI element and passing it to the Take screenshot.

    Also are you okay with downloading the image using the download button seen on the RHS of the image?
