I am trying to attch static file from my OneDrive to Email. "Get file Metada" is success. But, Get file Content fails with status code 403.
Both operations are on same image file.

Could you show me the details of get file content?
When appear 403 error, it could be authentication error.

I also created the flow to attch static file from my OneDrive to Email,you can refer to the flow as below:
Then save Flow and can test it.
The file：dotest.xlsx will be sent as an attachment to the email after flow runs.

Getting same error.
It was permission issue from my organization side. I used my personal OneDrive and it's working fine.
