Hey Guys..

I'm developing powerApps with standard plan. (Poor 😞 we dnt hv plan 1 or plan2 and so no CDS).

Does PowerApps has any internal db sql server availability wher I can read/write data from Apps? If Yes does it has any limitations like flushes after few day?

What is the best way to store data(SQL) from powerApps with standard plan.

PowerApps doesn't come with a backend data source for storing data. If you have an Azure subscription then you could spin up a Azure SQL DB. It isn't free but you don't have to buy a license for every user and if it is a small database it won't be that expensive. If you and your users have a O365 license then you could use SharePoint or an Excel spreadsheet as a data source.
