    Hi @ridwan316 ,

This can be done easily, in most cases, but need to see an example.  Please share an example attachment and what you want the folder name to be created as, based on the content in the attachment.  Thanks!

    Hi @TR

many thanks for willing to help. from the attachment, what I need the folder name to be is "PO Number" space "first line of vendor address". All lines of information are as seen in the attachment.

    Hi @ridwan316 ,

Here's some general framework to help you get started.  Here I am using Power Automate Desktop to read my PDF without using AI builder.  I extract text and then split on new line, that is going to give me a list of values and labels.  From there, I can look at my PDF and see what field the PO number value is in, in my example I am using 36.

I'm using this in production and works like magic.  The key is in my example, the PO # value is in the same place everytime.  So this is going to give me the PO# value and then I create the folder as desired.

    Hi @ridwan316 ,

I think the root cause here is because my example is a Desktop flow and you will have to create the folder there OR pass the variable back to your cloud flow to create the folder in your cloud flow.
