Filtering Certain Values

I have a data table with three status values: Deleted, Approved, Rejected and Needs Approval. I only want to show records with a status of "Approved", "Rejected", and "Needs Approval".  I also have a checkbox that will allow the user to only see deleted items. I also need help with the onselect function as well. Here are my formulas:

    I believe you need the first If to be If(Checkbox1.Value, ...

    I think you are also missing a ")" at the end 

    I believe that is why you are getting the error. You don't need to worry about the OnSelect the way you are using the checkbox
