Is it possible to get the details of an item in Microsoft lists before the user deletes it, and then archive the item details in another list. I've used 'When an item is deleted' to catch the event but the details on the item are pretty sparse, as this only fires once the item has been deleted. I've also tried "When an item is created or modified" but that doesn't seem to detect a deletion event.
Any ideas on how this can be done?
It's not possible to trap the details of the item that will be deleted before it is actually deleted. However, if your users access the items via a Power App and you put a "delete item" button on it, you could patch the item to a different flist before the app calls a flow to delete it.
