Sending email with list containing options for each item

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to build a flow that could send a list to multiple users by mail, with the possibility to add options for each of the items.

Previoulsy, I was doing it by sending the items of the list one by one, but it ended by sending to many mails.

Would you have any idea on how to proceed, or any alternative solution?

Thanks by advance

    Hi @Slowpoke ï¼Œ

I suppose you are trying to send email with a table value from your list instead of single item from your list. Please feel free to correct me if I didn't understand you.

Below is my test flow for your reference:

You need to create table to hold all the items value so that flow can send them in one shot to multiple users. In my case, i used the "create HTML table", but you can also use the create CSV table if you like.

You also need to select the Custom option so that you can optimize your HTML table:

    Hope this can help.

    Best Regards,

    Hen Wang

    Hi @HenWang,

    Thanks for your answer.
Yes, you're right, I'm trying to send an email with table values from my list.

But in the end, I would like to have options (like for sending email with options) for each row of the table.

I'm already sending a table value to my users, but i would like them to interract with each row from my table. Do you know, if it's possible.

    Thanks by advance
