Power Automate Flow - Wont run for other users, no error message

Posted on by 215
Hello,

I'm running into an issue which I've not dealt with before. I have an app which runs a Power Automate Flow when a button is pressed. You can see what activities the flow will do further down this post. But everything works fine for me, the issue I'm facing is that when ever anyone else apart from me clicks on the button, the flow will not run.

No error message is displayed within the app either, I've got multiple users to share their screen with me when pressing the button and everything triggers fine when the button is clicked, apart from the flow. Can anyone offer some guidance on what the issue could be please as i cant figure it out.

Edit: I want to avoid having to use the "Run only users" section as this will be used by hundreds of users and i dont want to keep having to maintain it.

Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi,

I used to have similar problems - when importing apps into environment after development in another development.
    Is it the case?

I haven'd found the reason why it happened, but for me it helped to reconnect flows and republish the app.

    Hi,

Yes, every user has access to the Sharepoint Site and Lists. Both read and write access.

The issue here is the whole flow doesn’t run, for example when any user apart from myself clicks on the button to run the flow, it’s not even showing in the flow activity history to say it ran Successfully or Failed.

    Thank you.
