Desktops flows delay before it starts

When i call a desktop flow through a cloud flow on my VM always i have a delay , minimum 4 mins and maximum 20 mins ,before it actually starts.

The thing is that on my other VMs desktop flows starting instantly (around 10 secs).

 

Anyone having the same issue?
