Adding items from source list to destination list - not adding, only updating

Hello,

Below, I am trying to Add new items to another list from a source list. The Update item action in the below condition is working however when I test adding an item to the source list (2nd action), this is not created in the 'Create item' action.

Any ideas what could be wrong here??

@shoog - your second suggestion about setting the expression to "true" was the winner here!

You should remove the equals part from the expression, so you just leave the length part left of the "is equal to".

You are now comparing the outout of the equals expression (true or false) with the number 0.

Or alternately leave the equals and change the right side of the comparisson to the expression "true".
