Notify someone when an answer is submitted on MS Forms

Hello Community,

I want to notify a Microsoft Teams chat when a specific answer is selected in a form.

In other word :

Peter check the box "Survey" in the forms, so after he submitted, that notify the "Survey Team" in the Microsoft Teams chat.

I already succeed to notify a team member when an MS form was submitted, now I want to add a condition to the notification.

" If form answer contains "Survey" notify people in this chat"

I tried to use "expression" in Power Automate, but I failed 😑

Can someone help me please?

    Hi @abonzi13

you can just use the "Condition" or "Switch" action within Power Automate:

If you just want to check if the Checkbox is "Survey" or not, you can use the condition. If you have multiple answers to the question, you can use "Switch" and each case has an equal. So if the user selects "Survey" you send a notification to the "Survey Team", if he selects "Quiz" you send a message to the "Quiz Team" and so on. If non the cases fit, the switch will use the Default path.

Does this help you? Otherwise please give me some more information.

    Best regards
    Marvin

Are you using Get Response details action?

With that you should be able set a condition on specific responses.

For the check box I think your condition will be equals true
