I'm trying to create a flow that will take a calendar booking and create an event with a date and time in an Outlook calendar.

I have seen 2 examples, but none of them work for me.

Please help

Fiona

PS are there any easy to understand Power automate books that can be recommended.

    Hi @Fgraham

From what I understand, based on bookings made in a calendar, you want to create events on other calendar, if that's is correct, I think you can do this.

First create an automated flow and select the trigger "When an event is created (V3)" from the Office 365 Outlook connector,  then use the action "Create event (V4)" from same connector, you just have to select the calendar and the dynamic content.

    It should look like this.

In the link below, you can find the documentation with videos and examples of how to use Power Automate.

    Hope this helps.
