I'd like the ability to add any To-Do Items from outlook into Wunderlist. Then, in theory I'd want the completed option checked from either outlook or Wunderlist and have that reflected in the other app.

Would the following template help in your scenario?
Create a task in Outlook Tasks and Wunderlist for flagged Office 365 emails
For Outlook Task, there is trigger for Task complete check, but there is no corresponding trigger available for Wunderlist.
