Date Format Error

Hi I am running into this error when I am updating my Sharepoint list from excel. This is the error I am receiving:
OpenApiOperationParameterTypeConversionFailed. The 'inputs.parameters' of workflow operation 'Update_item_Jess' of type 'OpenApiConnection' is not valid. Error details: Input parameter 'item/field_13' is required to be of type 'String/date-time'. The runtime value '"45785"' to be converted doesn't have the expected format 'String/date-time'.

The Flow was working until yesterday and I do have ISO 8601 selected in the List Rows Present in Table step.
Any advice would help thanks!

@KL-14051439-0 When working with Dates in Excel, you must select ISO 8601 as the DateTime Format. If you don't do this, your date will return in serial date format which will cause your flow to fail.

@creativeopinion I have ISO 8601 enabled. The first set of dates come through no problem; it's one specific column of dates that is giving the error.

@KL-14051439-0 It's hard to offer any specific recommendations without seeing your full flow and the logic behind it. If you are using the new designer, toggle it off and click each action to expand it. Upload a screenshot of your flow in edit mode.
