ReportHi, need some help..
I want to use one form to get daily reports from multiple departements (stores). They choose their department in a mandatory choice-question.
The management team for each department have a separate list (stored in different groups in Teams).
I want to create a flow where the answers from each department goes to the right departments list. But I still only want to have one version of the Form.
How do I set up this flow?
