AI Builder Model not working

Hello together,
 
is there a problem with AI Builder Services in Europe? Since this morning ~6:30 AM the AI Builder Models are not working anymore. Also Training & Quick test is not possible.
 
Does someone has the same issues or is there a service outage?

    Same here Canada East.  Used without any issues 6 days ago and as of yesterday in two different environment we get:
     
    You have no AI Builder capacity in this environment.
    Environment admin needs to allocate AI Builder credits to this environment. (Unallocated tenant level credits are blocked by admin and cannot be used without being allocated)
