Date Issue

I have a flow which issues emails from an Excel mailing list stored in TEAMS.  I have a date field in the Excel spreadsheet which is formatted as a date field.  When I merge this date field onto the email the date is coming out as a string.  I have tried to use expressions but always get errors.  Any help to change this to a date field would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi,

All dates in Power Automate are represented as a "special type of string", the timestamp, which can be formatted according to your needs. Assuming that you returned these dates from Excel as ISO8601, you will have a timestamp that can be formatted with expressions. You can refer to this article for some examples on how to format dates in Power Automate.

Can you please share a sample on how exactly do the dates look like in the email, and what is the expected date format?

Let me know if it works for you or if you need any additional help!
