How can I fix a "You do not hold necessary privileges to perform this action" when I am assigning the role of System Administrator

    Please tell us what Action it is that is failing.
     
    Dont forget to be a Basic User as well and make sure you are added to any custom tables and bla bla, the proper BU, the proper org
