Power Automate: Step Outlook "Send an email (V2)" / the answer to option doenst't work anymore

Hello everbody,

we built a flow, where the system should send an e-mail to an explicit e-mail adress. This step works normal, as always.

Now the problem: We used the "answer to" function, for the use, that when the e-mail will be answered in Outlook, the responder (person who fills out the Forms document) appears in the "mail to" part.

It worked perfect, but now it doesn't work anymore. In the attachmend you see, how it looks in the flow.

If anybody has a solution, we will be happy to hear about.

Best wishes

David

I have not experienced this behavior. I checked a number of flows and the reply to functionality works as designed.
I checked several flow runs of the above flow and the correct person is populated into the reply to field.

Did you use the new designer to set up your flow? There are various issues that I have seen with the new designer, so you may want to open the flow in the old designer and reconfigure the reply to and see if that resolves your problem.

We use the old designer. It doesn't work, even if we delete responder and put it back in.
