Speech to text using desktop flow RPA

I was trying to convert speech into text format from recorded audio file using Desktop flow, with specific api key and region but unable to connect them all together. Can you suggest me a way through this?

    You could consider invoking 'Azure voice to text API' by 'invoke web service'
