Hello,

I am new with Power Automate.

I am searching how to get the duplicates from a sharepoint list.

There is a function "union" but that is not the function what i am searching for.

The business case is:

I want to inform the customer when there is an duplicate in the list and i want to send an email what the duplicated entry is.

Thanks in advance!

You can use some of the stuff from this Get duplicates template:

Thank you for your replay @takolota

Unfortanly i don't understand the information what you mentioned.

Could you explain it with an example? I have a screenshot of my flow/PA process:

So if you import or copy the template from that link, then you can replace the Excel list rows with a SharePoint Get items, add the SharePoint Get items values to the From field of the 1st Select action, input the SharePoint columns you want to use to check for duplicates, then replace the Excel Delete a row action with an action to email the given customer the SharePoint item information.

This template may be easier: https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Power-Automate-Cookbook/Find-and-Remove-Duplicates/m-p/2191403#M1611

You would just need to remove the last delete step & use the last Filter outputs
