Microsoft forms data not visible in Sharepoint Lists

Hi

I have used Power Automate template to extract data from my MS Form to a SP List.  The flow has no apparent errors...but there is no data populating the list.  I have googled videos, help groups...everything.   

I have used Power Automate before and cant seem to work out why it wont work this time.

 

Please help

    I am having the same problem.  When I run the test, I get no errors and when I look on the sharepoint list (which I created from an excel extract of the form), all it says (in italics) is Untitled and it looks like the data did not file.

    @Kellery12 you really really do not want that apply to each that the template adds. It's an error in the template and Microsoft have never corrected it. It causes various but random errors. Create an instant flow from blank and immediately after the trigger add the get response details then the other actions you want.
