Hi,

I have created a flow to create a CSV table from a sharepointpoint list and email it. However, I cannot get the Assigned to display names to appear in the Dynamic contect list and when I put assigned to in my custom columns list it returns all the data and I only want the names as shown in the sharepoint list view.

A similar thing happens for the Description field, but this returns things like : -

"<p>â€‹Survey of first route Tuesday 30th April 2019<br></p>"

Any pointers on how to solve this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply, please see snip below. hope this helps.
The assigned to, returns everything and I just want the display name or names as the "Assigned To" field allows us to assign a task to a single or multi users.

Hi @SimonC ,

Assigned To field is allow multiple selection here, we may need to use variables to integrate all the user’s name together.

Initialize two variables to store the user name and table content.

Traverse Assigned To, append Display Name to String variable.

Append the information that needs to be displayed in HTML table to tableContent in the current task.

Finally create an HTML table.
