To the best of my knowledge there is no Recycle bin in PowerApps. If you delete an App its gone and can't be recovered. That's one of the reasons its good to periodically export your Apps to .zip files. Taht way if you lose one or it gets corrupted you can re-import a known version and get it back.
Hi @Tg0o0 ,
I'm afraid it's not supported to make this currently in PowerApps.
I suggest you express your views on PowerApps Ideas Forum. Your precious advice will be very helpful for our work.

However, you could find your app's other versions and choose one to restore it.

Hi @Pstork1
À client had installed the MS Inspection app and normally there are 3 apps (inspection, manage inspection and review inspection). Unfortunately, the screen or app called Review inspections seems to be deleted. Do you have an Idea how to recovery it?
I tought to an Idea but how I don’t know if it’s possible. I re-installed the ms inspection in another channel and the 3 apps are there. So, is it possible to transfer like export/import the review screen to another channel ?
Dave
There are ways to export/import apps from one Teams environment to another. But importing it into the existing environment won't make it work automatically. After you import it there will be a fair amount of refactoring required to get it to work with the apps currently in place.
Thanks @Pstork1 for your reply. Do you where I could find some documentation how to do it?
Take a look at the following blog article.
