Hi,
I have a simple flow that listens to one PWA instance to send an email when a new project is created.
This simple flow inexplicably triggered today at 21.30 CET sending 267 emails in a row. Like if all the existing 267 projects in that PWA were created at that time. There were no new projects created during this week, neither today, so this is very strange.
How can I troubleshoot this incident?
Thanks
@Ximo Does this issue happened again or it was a 1 time issue?
If still happening, did you created the support request?
Thanks.
Thanks, it is the first time, projects are manually created by users.
There was no new project created at the time of the event so looks like something was changed at the tenant level that could have triggered the flow, still investigating the root cause.
All Project's creation dates are not related to this event: the flow was triggered for every existing project in the PWA, with projects created in 2019!
Very weird and concerning
Hello @Ximo
This is definitely an odd behavior, is this the first time you see this behavior?
In regular bases, how does the projects get created? Are they getting created with an automated or manual process?
I would start by taking a look at the "Project" records, review each of them and validate the creation and modification date, just to double check that nothing weird happened.
If the projects creation date is not the same when the flow was triggered, probably the best next step will be to grab one specific project record and it run record from the Flow history execution (remember to get the RunId) and then submit a new support ticket to take a look at this behavior.
Thanks.
