We currently use rules to manage out of office replies, but we want auto replies to be sent, no matter how many times they email. If they email the group box 20 times in 20 minutes, they get 20 auto replies.
This doesn't seem to work with out of office replies so I turned to Power Automate. I created a flow with:
When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)
and then
Send an email from a shared mailbox (V2).
This seemed to work, but only once. If I keep emailing the group box, nothing else happens and the rule doesn't even trigger. It seems to have the same single sender limitation as the out of office.
Is there a way I can get this to send an auto reply each and every time someone emails it?
