Hi,
One of my flow is using "When a new email arrives (V3)"Trigger, The Attachment will be moved to an SharePoint Libary. The Flow works correctly. Now, with the next Trigger theese Mail should be moved in Outlook to a Subfolder.
I use the Trigger "Move EMail (V2). The Problem is, I didn't have the Message-ID from the Mail.  Who is the Problem.

Thanks for help
Eugen

    Hi

Share your flow. I don't understand why you are using a second Trigger in the same flow.

You will need to think of a different approach to your problem, as what you are asking does not make sense. Is this correct:
    1. You have a flow that triggers when new e-mail arrives.
    2. You have another flow that triggers with "Move EMail (V2)". However, there is no trigger that does this; there is only an action. An essential concept in Power Automate is understanding triggers and actions. A trigger initiates the workflow, while actions are the subsequent steps that follow. Do you really have a flow that looks like this instead?
    3. It is also important to understand that with the trigger when new mail arrives, each run is on a unique e-mail message that arrives. Why do you want the flow to put successive runs in a subfolder? Every run after the very first run is going to be considered this: "Now, with the next Trigger these Mail should be moved in Outlook to a Subfolder."
    4. Can you also confirm that you want to move subsequent e-mails to a subfolder and not the attachments to a subfolder in SharePoint.

If you understand the above and want to have some e-mails put in one folder and other e-mails into a subfolder, you will need to add a condition to your flow to figure out which folder the e-mail should be placed. For example, maybe you want all e-mails with attachments to go to one folder and ones without attachments to go into another folder.

I am not sure why you are concerned about the message ID. What is your thinking on needing the message ID as part of the process? Every e-mail is going to have its own unique ID. Or are you really asking about the conversation ID, which is the ID of a group of related messages in a single conversation or thread. If you need to do something based on a conversation in Outlook instead, please explain what you're trying to accomplish. You will be limited on what you can do.
