The quickest & easiest way would be to install the Creator Kit solution into the same environment as your app. This kit is a collection of ready-to-use components.

You can find an overview of the Creator Kit here, which includes instructions on how to install and use the solution. Once installed, you'll be able to add and configure the breadcrumb control to your app.
