Get Email Addresses from SharePoint Person Column

Hi all,

I would like to send regular emails to contact persons from my Sharepoint list. I have used a person column in the list for this purpose.
If I now select this column in the PA, e.g. with create HTML table, a loop is created every time.
When testing the flow, an error message is displayed:

The execution of template action 'For_each_2' failed: the result of the evaluation of 'foreach' expression '@item()?['AP']' is of type 'Null'. The result must be a valid array.

has anyone had this problem and can help me ?:)

Please include a screen shot of your flow and show the configuration of the action that is generating the error. The error is saying that the field AP in your list contains no data, which is why it failed. If that is your people field, you should make it required so it always contains data.

    Hello,

since it's adding 'Apply to each' I'd expect that you're using the multiple person or group column. If that's the case and you want to show a specific property from all the users in that column you'll need an expression as explained in this article.

    Hey David,
I have attached the pictures for you
This is only a test database, there is no more data there, I have put all columns with data.
Now I want to write a flow that regularly writes to the “AP” by email to these “creditors”.
