Integration Power Automate with Azure Front door with Azure funtions

We have a Azure function app but to make it secure we will have to use Azure Front Door so that the data does not go out in public network. 

Is it feasible to call Azure function app through Azure front door from  Power Automate. I assume it will be same as using HTTP connector or configuring custom connector ? Will it work same way ?
