Copilot - Servicenow Connector Error: ConnectorRequestFailure

Hi,

 

I am using the Plugin Actions for Servicenow however when trying to use the 'ServicenNow - Get Knowledges Articles' plugin I am constantly getting the error: 

  • The connector ‘ServiceNow’ returned an HTTP error with code 400. Error code: ConnectorRequestFailure.

 

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue? I have added a default value for query input: 'password'. But I am also not sure if this is needed or if it would just pick up the query from the users initial input? 

 

Any help is appreciated. Thanks

    Hi, you need to instal the sn kb plugin, KNOWLEDGE API or SN_KM_API

    I am encountering the same problem, what is SN KN plugin? I have looked in ServiceNow Plugins but could not find the related one.

    Hello, could you share how we can install ServiceNow KnowledgeBase plugin?

    1. In your ServiceNow environment, select All, search for plugins, and then select System Definition > Plugins.
    2. Search for Knowledge API. The system should return knowledge api plugin (App id: sn_km_api).
    3. Select the Knowledge API card.
    4. Select Install, and then select the latest version.
    5. Select Install now, and then wait for the Knowledge API installation to complete.
