Automate Copying Recordings to Custom Folder

Hi all, I’m pretty new to Power Automate.

As an organizer, I’ve scheduled two recurring meetings that will run for two weeks.

The recordings are automatically turned on by Teams meeting settings, and they’re currently being saved in my “Recordings” folder.

 

Let's say Meeting 1 is Meeting ABC and Meeting 2 is Meeting PQR.

Mostly I won’t be attending these meetings, but I want their recordings to be automatically copied to separate custom folders (within Teams/Channels) once the recordings are finished — for example, Meeting ABC recordings should go to Folder A, and Meeting PQR recordings should go to Folder B.

 

Is there a way to automate this process with Power Automate?

    You should be able to setup a trigger flow for when a file is created in SharePoint/OneDrive (where your recordings are going).
     
    Then Copy/Move the where you want it
     
    I... don't remember if the name or metadata (it has too I just dont remember what) tells you what meeting it was from. Assuming all your recordings go to once place atm. So knowing what Meeting it was from.. that might require some additional work.
