Dataverse Flow runs twice

Hi There,

I have a dataverse row modified flow, it simply grabs the account name from accounts table and checks the status to send mails

The flow fires twice for no reason. i have tried setting the trigger condition

@Anonymous(equals(triggerBody()?['msdyn_systemstatus'], 690970003), equals(triggerBody()?['msdyn_systemstatus'], 690970001))

which makes the flow to fire thrice, (weird!)

someone please help to fix this issue!

    @LinnZawWin

    Thank you for your time. I'll ask my team to turn on audit and will check .

    @dejadpower

    Will you be able to turn on the audit for that status field to see if you can see any additional updates (by another automation process) after the user updates the status?

    Hi

    Thanks for helping. The User will be updating the status manually in Field Service

    May I know what is updating the status column? Does the user manually update it or is there some sort of automation (plug-in) that updates the status?

    Since this is a table from Field Service, there is a chance that there are OOB plug-ins that might cause the update of the msdyn_systemstatus column twice.

    Thanks, I'll look into that. But that seems to be a different scenario. Anyways, I couldnt find the root cause of the issue, tried Filter Rows, Select Columns, Setting trigger condition, concurrency to 1 , nothing worked.

    No only this flow alone is triggering on that table. no other flows created for that table

    Re: Dataverse Flow runs twice

    Just to know any other flows are kind of triggering when modifcation is done in dataverse for same table ?
