Use Output of Filter Array

Hello! Beginner here. Thanks in advance for the help.

I've isolated the items within an array I'd like to continue working with in the flow (see last step here "Isolate Upload Links"). But I don't have the option to save these two items to a new array... I can't see the "outputs" of the Isolate Upload Links filter array step in the dynamic content menu.

I'd like to take the filtered array (from UploadArray1) and finalize those two items in a new array (UploadArrayFinal). Help!

You shouldn’t need the Parse JSON action before the Filter array action unless you’re using those array values elsewhere later.

You should be able to put the array directly in the From field of the Filter array action.

But you will need to add a Parse JSON action after the Filter array, using the Filter array output body in the Content field. Then you can run the flow for it to fail on the Parse JSON, grab the output array body from the Filter array action, & paste that output into the Generate from sample pop-up box in the Parse JSON action. That should get everything in dynamic content from the Filter array.

    Hi there,

I've given this a shot trying to mimic your data, which probably isn't quite right, but - I get the output you're looking for:

The main tricky bit was that when I used the "Filter Array" action, I had to first add "Body" (from the Parse JSON) into the "From", and then in Choose a Value, I chose "Upload" from "Parse JSON".

Let me know if there's any deviations between our data and I can try to replicate yours precisely.

    Cheers,

    Rhia
