Navigate to power apps when we click add new from sharepoint

Hi Team ,

     How to navigate to my power apps When i click add new item in sharepoint .

    Is this possible .

    When clicking on New, the form will appear and you should see this options :

    This allow you to define the form with a canvas instead of the ootb form.
    Then you can use the canvas app.

        Thanks for the Reply .. But i have an existing application i want to map navigate to create new screen in power app.

    Is that posible ?
