I have successfully built, but my email is being sent twice with two different attachments.
1. One attachment is the excel file which got details for email, attachment file and full name.
2. Second attachment is actual PDF file which i want to send.

Now process is sending two separate with different attachment to recipient.

Can anyone help me what is wrong here ?

    Hi,

Remove or disable the email action that sends the Excel file attachment

    • Review your flow steps.

    • Find the “Send an email” or “Send email with attachment” action that attaches the Excel file.

    • Delete or disable it, since you don’t want to send that file.

Use only ONE “Send an email” action to send your actual PDF

    Make sure this action:

    • Has dynamic Subject from your variables or Excel columns.

    • Has dynamic Body content (HTML or plain text).

    • Attaches the PDF file dynamically.

    Attach PDF dynamically

    • If your PDF file is in SharePoint or OneDrive, use “Get file content” action to retrieve it.

    • In the Send an email (V2) action, add attachment:

      • Name: Use PDF file name (dynamic).

      • Content: Use output from Get file content.

    Check your loop

If you are looping through Excel rows or users:

    • Ensure only one email is sent per iteration.

    • Attach the corresponding PDF for that user only.

    • Avoid multiple “Send email” actions inside the loop.

    Test your flow

    • Run it with sample data.

    • Confirm recipients get only one email.

    • Confirm the attachment is the PDF, subject and body are dynamic.
