I hope you are all well and will be able to assist.
I former colleague of mine set up Power Automate Flow to email completed safety culture reports.
It worked for over a year with no issues then the they failed, I have tried to repair it and create new flows however keep facing the same error.
I have a attached some screen shots of the error not sure what information you will require to assist.
