Forbidden error while running dynamics 365 template in flow

I am trying to create a work flow which will trigger an email to Outlook when an ‘agreement’ record is created in one of Dynamics 365 organisation. It contains the following steps.

When a record is created (Org. name is: XXXX, Entity name is: Agreements) -> Send an email

I have the access to the environment. When I run this flow, I am getting an 403 forbidden error at first trigger. (Privilage error)

I am able to successfully run flows with other records like Contacs/Agreement types...but not with agreement record.

Whenever an agreement is created, it will be assigned to a security team, is it the reason that I am getting the Privilage error? Whereas when contacts, agreement types are created, they will be assigned to my name.

Please help me on how to resolve this.

Will the issue occur when it is not assigned to a security team?
