I know that power automate with AI will do this but let's assume that you company is really small and can't afford $500/month for AI credits.
With Power Query I can read a PDF and extract data from it into an Excel file. Assuming that all of my PDF files are all in the same folder is there a way for Power Query to extract information from each PDF and then save that PDF with the information extracted?
As an example, I have a PDF files named 1.PDF, 2PDF, ETC. and within each PDF there is an address field 123 Anywhere Street, 456 Somewhere Drive, ETC. I would like to extract that address field and then save the file as MM.DD 123 Anywhere Street.pdf, 456 Somewhere Drive.pdf, ETC.
If I had to guess this would be a combination of VBA code that would be in master file where the PDFs are loaded, and the address would be in a specific cell, created with Power Query
Thanks
