Convert a string/text to an operator

So this is my idea, create a table (Table B below) with operators in the cells "ThisItem.Title" , "ThisItem.ID", "ThisItem.Description". Because I want the user to be able to build a repeatable message. The user can edit "Text" column and select "Field" selections assigned to a dropdown.  The problem is when Table B data is called in a gallery using a lookup linked to table A I am not getting the title I am getting the operator in text form is there any way to convert it. I have search and asked AI to no avail.

Gallery with Table A data
LookUp(Table B, ID = 1).Field
-Output->
"ThisItem.Title"
Desired Output Title of Item in Table A data

(This is much larger then the columns displayed but if I can get a small section working I can build up from there.)
Table B
ID Text Field
1 Hello ThisItem.Title
2 GoodBye ThisItem.ID
3 WOW ThisItem.Description

Thanks All

    I wonder why there is a need for you to do that. Can you provide details of your use case, there could be an alternative way of achieving it.

    Kind regards,

    Use Case:
    Creating a user customizable email when an item in clicked in a gallery (approve/ deny/ comment...) . But the message would include the standardized pieces of data input(ThisItem.Title) at various places using the selected piece of data from the item(title, date, whatever). I figured this would be possible with variables or by some other method which I am open to.

    I am also interested if the text can be converted to an operator, because I feel it might come in handy in the future.

    Thanks
