Sharepoint lookup service call failed

We have built a PowerApp linked to a SharePoint list with a lookup field. The lookup field works fine in SharePoint in the browser, but when you try to add/edit the lookup in the PowerApp it throws the error 'Lookup service call failed. An error occurred on the server.'

Any ideas on how we could fix this?

    Hi Ben,

First things first, please make sure that your PowerApp version is later than 2.0.440.

    Regards,

    Mona

Did you manage to resolve this? If so, how?

I'm having the exact same issue with one lookup field, but the other two are working fine.

Hi Gar. Unfortunately not. We are working with Microsoft support at the moment. Will update the post once we find a resolution.

Any fix on the issue? Half of my lookups are working fine and half are not.

Unfortunately not yet. We are working with the product team now to resolve the issue so it is probably a bug. Will update this thread once it is resolved.

Apparently this was addressed in a recent update and it works for me now. Here is the resolution:

    Resolution:

This issue have been resolved with the latest release.

If you are using PowerApps studio, please make sure you are on the latest build. If you are using PowerApps Online please clear the cache and repro the issue.
