Power Automate not recognizing Group Form id

Hello, I have created a MS form in our SharePoint Group and a SP list based on the form. I am now trying to create a flow that will import responses into the SharePoint list when the form is completed. The flow is simple. But, I cannot seem to get Automate to recognize the Form ID. I have pulled the information after "design&id=" (80+ characters in length) and I keep getting a "bad request" error message that I believe is telling that it isn't recognizing the form. What am I doing wrong? How do I identify which portion of the string is the form id? Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for your time and help.

Best regards,
Scott

    Hi,

Just to make it clear, you are not asking about SharePoint Forms, but Microsoft Forms:

The example below is for a Microsoft Group Form:

For Microsoft Forms, the Form ID will be the text after “id=”

This is the URL of my form:

The Form ID of the form above is:

The Form ID of my form is:

Thank you very much for your help, Ellis.

It is an MS Form. Yesterday when I was trying to create the flow, I had tried to grab the ID using the same steps as you provide, but it wasn't recognizing it. Today, it is recognizing it. When I was working on it yesterday, I had recently moved the form from an individual form to a group form. Power Automate was not recognizing the form or the id. Could that be the result of moving the form from individual to group? If so, any idea how long Power Automate or Forms takes to update its data? Is there a way for me to refresh it?

    Thanks again.

    Hi

The process of moving a "personal" Form to a Group Form should be instant.

Once moved, the Group form, will get a new id. Be sure to use the new Id.

Example using a form I just moved:

    Personal form id=
    MeJEhiJUvUe5IE1QqXU1HkLRu7E00aNCmMKhBiL_qK1UMTdYTFg5Q0NYNkw2RFFOTU5QQjFaUkFRSy4u

    After moving the personal form:

    Group form id MeJEhiJUvUe5IE1QqXU1HjY78unqHGlAgKKLCZxhgDVUMTdYTFg5Q0NYNkw2RFFOTU5QQjFaUkFRSyQlQCN0PWcu
